Peerless Metal
Products maintains a fully equipped, in-house tool room, allowing us to
keep tool-making costs down while closely monitoring quality. We utilize
a number of different tools for precision machining, including three CNC
mills and a Wire E.D.M. machine. Our tool makers have combined decades
of experience, allowing us to tackle the most difficult jobs.
In 2001, Peerless
purchased a Wire E.D.M. machine to better control costs and quality when
making customer tooling in-house. Our Wire E.D.M machine is housed in
a climate controlled room that is segregated from the rest of our facility.

Peerless
utilizes CAD/CAM programs to create and edit drawings of our parts
and dies, enabling us to bridge the gap between the drawings and
our precision machining equipment. Depending on the needs of our
customer, we offer assistance in the both part and tooling design.
